Nature heals, that’s not big news. The key for the cure of many diseases often lies within plants and already early doctors prescribed their patients a dose of nature. But not only the plants itself have great healing qualities. Sometimes it is already enough just to spend some time outside and breathe deeply.
Sadly, many people seem to have forgotten that. According to the creators of this video, nature has a marketing problem, with media only focusing on its negative sides like mass extinction and climate change. The creators want to remind people of the positive influence nature can have on our relationships and on realizing what is truly important in our life. It helps to “relive the crippling symptoms of modern life”, like cynicism, meaninglessness and murderous rage.
Even though nature is the best medicine of all and we should take a dose of it regularly, we need to prepare ourselves for some horrible side effects like spontaneous euphoria and being in a good mood.
This video is a great reminder for all of us, not to forget where we came from. Nature can make us feel whole again and easily fix the symptoms of our often stressful lives. So let’s not wait too long and go on our next outdoor adventure soon!
